Job Description
Our client a highly reputable and leading financial services provider based in stunning offices in the heart of the West End is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team. This is an excellent company to work for with strong values, development opportunities and a vibrant culture with active social events.
Working within a team of Sales administrators you will support the Sales team;
- Update and maintain Salesforce database CRM system to ensure it is always up to date ensuring the information is correct, with correct contact details, updating any undeliverables as appropriate
- Pull data from database for reporting
- Identify leads and opportunities for sales team from research on existing accounts on database and communicate on progress status to Sales team
- Manage client correspondence and any request for information from clients
- Conduct various administrative checks on new sales
- Generate client contracts, obtaining signatures and liaising with legal team on any amendments
- Assist the sales team with any administrative duties
Key skills:
- The ideal candidate will be fully competent with Microsoft Office and be comfortable using Word and Excel
- Have great communication skills and be a confident communicator able to converse with internal and external clients and colleagues
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive, organised and conscientious approach who goes beyond the first step to ensure a thorough and complete job to daily tasks.
- Previous administration experience
- A team player with a can do attitude a keenness to learn and take on tasks.
