Job Opportunity: Salesforce Administrator - Operations

Salary: £35,000 - £38,000

Work Model: Hybrid (Hertfordshire)

Our client is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join their team and take ownership of their Salesforce Service Cloud platform. In this critical role, you'll be working closely with key stakeholders, building innovative solutions, and automating processes to enhance operational efficiency.

What You'll Do:

  • Create, test, and deploy new functionalities within Salesforce without disrupting current workflows.
  • Work directly with business users to provide effective solutions for operational process issues.
  • Enhance service processes by building automations that streamline workflows and address new challenges.
  • Own Salesforce defect management, ensuring quick resolutions or escalations.
  • Ensure Salesforce evolves to meet our business needs while staying up to date with the latest advancements.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to ensure smooth adoption of system changes across teams.
