SAP CoE Lead

We are looking for a dynamic leader to oversee our SAP-driven warehouse and store delivery functions, ensuring smooth operations and strategic guidance within the SAP environment for a FMCG giant. This position is integral to managing our SAP Centre of Excellence (CoE) and leveraging SAP Warehouse Management (WM), Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), and Direct Store Delivery (DSD) modules to streamline business processes.

This role is responsible for leading a skilled team of SAP professionals, driving operational excellence, and continuously improving system functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize WM to optimize inventory and warehouse operations. Provide technical support and end-user training.
• Design and enhance EWM solutions, manage integrations with other SAP modules, and support testing and post-go-live phases.
• Implement DSD solutions to optimize delivery and route planning. Support integration with sales and logistics modules and mobile applications.
• Lead the SAP CoE team, ensuring high-quality service delivery. Promote continuous improvement, innovation, and alignment with business goals. Mentor team members and enhance SAP expertise.
