As thry expand their HR and Payroll capabilities, we are seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors ECP Consultant with expertise in UK Payroll.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant to lead and manage the design, development, and implementation of payroll solutions for the UK operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP-SF-ECP with at least 4-5 full life cycle implementations of UK Payroll. You will collaborate closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth payroll operations and compliance with UK legal and statutory requirements.

• Manage end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) implementations, specifically for UK Payroll.
• Provide expert knowledge on UK Payroll processes, including tax, statutory requirements, and legal compliance.
• Design, configure, and optimize ECP solutions ensuring accurate and timely payroll delivery.
• Manage and support the integration with BACS, HMRC, and other third-party systems.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll solutions with other SAP modules and external systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related issues, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with UK regulations.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance of the ECP module, including post-implementation enhancements.
• Stay updated on UK payroll legislation changes and ensure that the system adheres to legal updates.

Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Experience in SAP SuccessFactors ECP with a strong focus on UK Payroll.
• 4-5 full life cycle implementations of SAP SF ECP for UK Payroll.
• Strong understanding of UK Payroll legal aspects, including tax, National Insurance, pensions, and statutory requirements.
• Hands-on experience in integrating SAP-SF-ECP with BACS for payments and HMRC for reporting and tax compliance.
• Proven experience in configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization of payroll systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering business-oriented solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable Skills/Experience

Experience in the energy sector.

Certifications in SAP SuccessFactors ECP.

Familiarity with cloud-based payroll solutions and other HRIS systems.
