SAP HCM-PT (Personnel Time Management) Consultant - German Speaking. Location: Remote Work From Home Anywhere Within Europe. Permanent Job. Salary Range: €65,000 - €110,000 Gross per annum + Bonus + Benefits. (Work Permit Sponsorship Possible). Flexible Start Date from January 2025 Onwards.

Our client is an established specialist boutique consulting firm based in Germany with over 35 years of SAP HCM expertise. They are expanding their team and offering something very different compared to other companies/jobs on the market.

Location:

• You can live anywhere within Europe! (The client will employ you within your home-country)
• You can work remotely from any European Country!
• You will be based from home the majority of the month. Depending on where you live, commuting to the office for a team get together is only required once per month if you are a senior. This can be negotiated on a case-by-case basis to find a solution that works for both you and the company.
• If you are a junior, you will most probably need more training, coaching and support and would need to come in to the office more often. This can be discussed on an individual basis to understand what training and support you need and how often you would need to come into the office.
• When you travel to the office, all travel expenses will be covered by the company.

As a senior SAP HCM-PT Consultant:

• There are many PT projects for you to start working on immediately

Required Skills and Experience:

• Must have several years of SAP HCM-PT (Personnel Time Management/TM) Functional Consulting experience
• Must have customizing knowledge in both SAP HCM-PT
• Willingness to take on tasks in ongoing support (2nd level support)
• Willingness to travel when necessary when working on projects
• Good knowledge in MS Office Apps
• First experiences in project management
• Good analytical skills
• High level of commitment
• Ability to set priorities
• Consultant personality with good communication skills

Languages:

• You must have a minimum of B2 level German.
• Good English

Salary:

• The Fixed Basic Salary on offer is subject to your level of skills, knowledge, experience and country of residence and is open for discussion ranging from €65,000 to €110,000 fixed basic per annum
• Bonus of 1 months' salary is paid on top of your fixed basic salary subject to achieving your set targets.

• Company pension scheme (BAV) Employer allowance of 20% on the employee contribution (eg €100 EE contribution, employer = €20 = total contribution €120)

Start Date:

• The start date is very flexible and open for discussion. You can start any time from January 2025 onwards.
• An earlier start date is also possible.

German Work Permit Sponsorship:

• Sponsorship for a German work permit is only possible for candidates who have a minimum of B2 level German.
