SAP MM/WM Functional Lead (S/4HANA)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP MM/WM Functional Lead. The role will focus on Materials Management (MM) and Warehouse Management (WM) on S/4HANA, specifically with Embedded WM (not eWM).

This position is ideal for a candidate with significant functional expertise and the ability to work in a German-speaking environment.

Key Details:

• Start Date: February 2025
• Duration: 5 months (February to June 2025)
• Location: Remote with travel to North East of Germany ( Frequently during Training, UAT, Go live )

Responsibilities:

• Act as the Functional Lead for SAP MM/WM modules, leveraging 10+ years of hands-on experience.
• Design, configure, and implement solutions in S/4HANA with a focus on Embedded WM.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define functional specifications, and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Support integration efforts with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for end users and key stakeholders.
• Provide ongoing support for system testing, issue resolution, and go-live activities.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 10+ years of experience as a Functional Lead in SAP MM/WM with expertise in S/4HANA and Embedded WM.
• Proven ability to deliver end-to-end solutions for MM and WM processes industry.
• Strong understanding of SAP best practices and ability to adapt solutions to meet unique client requirements.
• Proficiency in German (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Experience in leading workshops, stakeholder management, and delivering training to diverse teams.
• Willingness to travel (approximately 4 hours from Hamburg) twice a month for 4-5 days each trip.
