SAP Program Manager required in the UK, to join a leading global brand rolling out an SAP S/4 HANA template. This is a permanent role offering an excellent salary, bonus and benefits, remote working and based from the UK.

Key Deliverables:

• You will be responsible for delivering E2E large scale complex SAP S4 HANA implementation and integration projects.
• Planning, execution and control of large SAP S4 HANA implementation and integration projects
• Management of large project teams in complex plant projects with demanding customers
• Analysis of project-critical situations, determination of suitable measures in the course of the turnaround management of projects
• Interface management to customers, ie establishment and maintenance of partnership-based customer relationships with the aim of high customer satisfaction and long-term customer loyalty
• Support of project managers through training and coaching

Key Experience

• End to end deployment of SAP S4 HANA implementations in an international environment
• Experience managing programs of up to £10m per year and a team size of up to 100 people or more
• Strong team management skills
• Project Management experience in an Agile environment
• 7 years SAP Program Management experience
• Proven experience in European/Nordic deployments
• Exceptional communication and consulting skills
• Fluent English language skills
