The ideal candidate:

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in implementing and configuring SuccessFactors

- particular focus on the Performance & Goals and Succession & Development modules

- strong understanding of overall SuccessFactors architecture and best practice processes

- experience in managing a team, stakeholders and medium sized projects as a functional lead

- SuccessFactors certification is preferred.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors, specifically in Performance & Goals (CPM, objective setting, 360, PM forms, calibrations) and Succession & Development (development objective modules).

- Strong understanding of the SuccessFactors platform and its core HR functionalities.

- Good understanding of the Employee Central profile and its impact to Talent modules.

- Experience in end-to-end implementations of the respective modules as a lead consultant

- Experience in work with stakeholders to gather business requirements, document processes in word and ppt format, and translate them into functional solutions within the system.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

- Ability to lead the medium sized configuration projects for SuccessFactors Performance & Talent modules.

Good To Have:

- SuccessFactors certification in Performance & Goals and/or Succession & Development.

- Understanding of AMS, working with the support teams.

- Experience in Ad-hoc and Story Reports configuration for Performance & Talent.

- Good understanding of the integration methods between HR systems/SFSF modules.
