Job Title: SAP Support Consultant - Treasury

Your Responsibilities

• Resolve 2nd-level support tickets in the SAP R/3 and S/4 environment, focusing on finance.
• Coordinate end-user requests across entire end-to-end process chains.
• Manage ticket interfaces between cash register, warehouse processes, and accounting (eg, card clearing, sales reconciliation, invoice verification).
• Oversee and support smaller system changes and assist with testing.

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training in IT or a comparable qualification.
• 3+ years of professional experience in support, particularly SAP Retail (R/3 and S/4) with a focus on FI.
• Knowledge of international trade, ideally in retail.
• Team management or service partner coordination experience.
• Strong interest in cash register, warehouse, and accounting processes.
• Reliable, structured working style.
• Fluent in German and English.
