Securitisation Specialist

HW Finance is currently working with a leading PE back firm who are currently recruiting for a Securitisation specialist to form part of the treasury function. Working in this multi sector organisation, you will be helping to continue the transformation the division has been through to help drove greater scalability and efficiencies.

Working for a highly respected and knowledgeable Head of Treasury, you will be playing a leading role in influencing the funding strategy and liquidity management of the business.

In the role you will:

• Contribute to the funding strategy of the of the business including the preparation and execution of secured debt issuances
• Assist in the operational setup of new secured debt issuances, including data management and investor reporting
• Analyse the portfolio, reviewing against rating agency criteria
• Helping continue the key transformational programme that is on going

Experience

• You will have gained experience working on securitisation programs or structure finance deals.
• Strong analytical skills, knowledge of VBA and/or python is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration
