We are currently looking for a (senior) Automation Engineer - Automation Anywhere to join our Delivery Team in the UK (Office locations: Birmingham or London). We offer the option to work hybrid.

Within this role, your responsibilities and tasks will include:

• Delivering and growing automation initiatives in complex environments
• Key player to enable hyper automation at customer side
• Analyze business problems, develop technological solutions and support project lifecycles
• Support the identification of individual candidate processes for automation
• Collaborate with other members of the automation team to develop solutions that address client needs
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor to clients
• Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices, and continuously improve consulting service offerings
• Conduct research and analysis, and contribute to the development of client deliverables

Requirements

Experience and skills you'll need to do what you love at Roboyo:

• University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration with tech-focus or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
• Minimum of 1-3 years of work experience
• Experience in Automation Anywhere
• Experience in RPA, conversational AI or document understanding (UiPath, Blue Prism, ABBYY, Cognigy, Druid) is a plus
• Experience in programming IT solutions, preferably with .NET, C#, VBA, or Java
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English
• Willingness and ability to travel as required
