About the Role
The Senior Brand Manager is responsible for creating, managing and implementing interdisciplinary tasks in the medico-marketing-sales (commercial) organization. The successful candidate will work closely with other functions within the UK organization as well as the International headquarters in London. Implementing brand strategies and tactics in the local market is one of the main tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Successful commercialization of promoted brands across ADVANZ portfolio.
- Drive ongoing strategy to ensure commercial success in UK & Ireland and support pre-launch and launch plan activities for future portfolio products.
- Provide strategic and tactical input to branding, positioning, and marketing activities of ADVANZ Product.
- Accountability for marketing plans in cooperation with the local and international marketing team.
- Analyze market situation, trends, competitors, and derive actions including product pricing strategies.
- Follow KPIs through dashboards and analyze deviations, suggesting corrective actions.
- Develop cross-functional synergies within the organization.
- Build and maintain customer contacts with prescribers and other relevant stakeholders.
- Develop innovative solutions in customer approach to accelerate the appropriate use of ADVANZ Products.
- Provide strategic input to the product life cycles of marketed and pipeline products.
- Plan promotional and support medical activities at regional and national scientific meetings.
- Travel can be >20% of time within UK & Ireland and internationally.
- Drive the spirit of "ONE Team" across all functions.
About You

Qualifications:
- University degree required in economics or natural sciences.
Experience & Competences:
- Relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry in sales and marketing roles.
- Expertise in sales and marketing activities in a market with specialty/orphan products.
- Experience with product launches into the specialty/orphan market.
- Experience with products in liver diseases is beneficial.
- Experienced in partnering with medical, sales, and other enabling functions.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Good knowledge of the healthcare landscape and pharmaceutical market.
- Track record of diplomacy, judgment, and negotiation skills.
- Strong presentation skills and verbal/written communication skills.
Personal Qualities:
- Strong attention to detail and results-oriented.
- Learning agility and ability to take on increasing responsibility.
- Self-motivated and consistent demonstration of company core values.
