The Role and What You'll Do:

You'll lead on the Football Events' Hospitality Agency business and the relationship with Fulham FC, ensuring the business meets sales targets, whilst identifying new opportunities and revenue streams. Responsible for developing long-term partnerships with other rights holders.

  • To lead on the strategy, management and growth of IMG's Hospitality business, including the fulfilment of the Fulham FC partnership.
  • Identifying opportunities to maximise revenue for IMG's Hospitality business through 3rd party representation.
  • Responsible for ensuring the team achieves and exceeds all sales targets by selling tickets/hospitality for all 3rd party events.
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders, both externally and internally.
  • Building and overseeing a strong and reliable supplier network.
  • Liaise, maintain and build relationships with selected "finders", "ATR's", "OTA's" to maximise revenue.
  • Managing and overseeing the IMG hospitality staff across all areas of the unit.
  • Liaise with IMG Marketing department to form marketing strategies and ensure projects have the required marketing support.
  • Responsible for generating personal sales funnel from lead generation to closed sale.
  • Identifying new revenue streams and opportunities for the business.
  • Instigating and conducting face-to-face prospect and client meetings.
  • Responsible for identifying key industry growth sectors to target.
  • Negotiating closure and administration of contracts.
  • Representing IMG at PR Events, exhibitions, conferences, etc.
  • Reporting on all aspects of the sales process.
  • Hosting clients at industry and internal events.
  • Any other ad hoc duties within the scope of the role.

You Have These:

  • Experience in working with numerous internal and external stakeholders at varying levels.
  • Proven fast-paced sales experience, having both initiated and executed high-value sales in either a B2B or B2C environment with success.
  • Track record of selling to HNW and CXO level clients.
  • Significant sales experience in a Senior Commercial role.
  • Experience working within a Hospitality Agency or Rights Holder.
  • Experience working in a senior capacity on new hospitality stand/stadium developments.
  • General management experience.

  • Excellent sales, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in Database management.
  • Proven ability to work with MS Office Packages, including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A Strong contact database of hospitality agents, suppliers and rightsholders.
  • A strong contact database of HNW/CXO level clients.

Working Conditions:

  • Regular weekend work where you may be required to travel to events in line with the industry or wider IMG Events portfolio.
  • Outside of event travel, there will be a requirement to travel for meetings as part of the role (UK and Ireland).
