Job Description
Senior Credit Controller - Insurance Experience Required Generate and distribute monthly statements for broker accounts. Allocate incoming funds and request necessary closings and slips from brokers. Proactively contact debtors via phone, email, and online meetings to secure payments. Identify overdue debts and escalate issues as needed. Foster strong working relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders to support the collection process. Organise and lead regular meetings with different business units to address credit control challenges and escalations. Continuously assess and improve current processes, eliminating inefficiencies and driving ongoing improvements. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in recorded premiums, working with the technical team to correct any inaccuracies. Address unallocated cash issues and provide feedback to prevent mis-postings. Performing ad hoc duties as assigned by management

SENIOR CREDIT CONTROLLER - £40k - £46k DOE

About The Role:
To be considered for this role, you will have to have the right skills. Some essentials are:
- 5 years of Credit Control experience in the Insurance sector.
- Minimum 3 of those years have to be in the London market
- Need to be experienced in either Property, Cargo, or Aviation.
- Working with global currencies
- Great communication skills
- Experience with Pivot tables / VLOOKUPs
