We're looking for two Senior Customer Experience Managers to join us in Leeds and London.
This role will be responsible for driving commercial success across assigned customer accounts by increasing revenue through retention, cross-selling, and product adoption.
This involves implementing customer and marketing strategies, analysing customer data, and collaborating with various teams to meet customer needs and exceed expectations. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a passion for customer success, a commercial mindset, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Your Role:- Account Management: Oversee customer accounts, driving growth and retention.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of customer experts.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to strategic initiatives and market analysis.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure timely delivery of solutions and meet performance metrics.
- Proven experience in a senior customer or account management role, or something similar.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Ability to deliver tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Financial acumen and budget management expertise.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to improve operational efficiency.
- Keen understanding of market trends and customer expectations.
- Strong risk management and contingency planning skills.
