Senior DevOps EngineerRemote Inside IR35Must hold active Security Clearance due to timescales of the projectWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team, working on critical public sector projects. This role requires hands-on experience with building secure, reliable systems and expertise in various DevOps tools and platforms.Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain highly reliable and secure systems.
• Set up and manage Kafka clusters (MSK/Confluent) and IBM MQ.
• Implement effective monitoring and alerting solutions using AWS Cloudwatch, OpenTelemetry, Dynatrace, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Utilize Docker, Kubernetes, Helm Charts, and Terraform for containerization and orchestration.
• Manage AWS infrastructure, including VPC, EC2, EKS, MSK, S3, and RDS.
• Set up resources across multiple Availability Zones for enhanced resilience.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in building and securing high-reliability systems.
• Strong knowledge of Kafka (MSK/Confluent), IBM MQ.
• Experience with monitoring and alerting tools (AWS Cloudwatch, Dynatrace, OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana).
• Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, Helm Charts, and Terraform.
• Deep understanding of AWS services and infrastructure (VPC, EC2, EKS, MSK, S3, RDS).
• Experience in configuring resources across multiple Availability Zones.
