About the Opportunity
We're looking for a product manager with 10+ years of experience to join MoonPay's Platform group. You'll work with a talented team of PMs who build the shared foundation for MoonPay's portfolio of products (Payments, KYC/Identity, Payments Risk, Crypto, and more). Your mission is to help MoonPay become the preferred choice for onboarding and off-boarding into Web3.
What you will do
- Product Strategy: Define product strategies and milestones to deliver consistent value to users effectively.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Metrics and Analysis: Define KPIs and analyze product and payments performance using data.
- Market Research: Identify opportunities, analyze competitors, and stay informed about local markets and industry trends.
About you
- You're an experienced Product Lead who is hands-on and knows how to drive meaningful outcomes.
- You love solving complex technical challenges and designing scalable platform infrastructure.
- You have a proven track record of launching successful products or features in payments, fintech, or adjacent highly regulated industries.
What You Will Need:
- FinTech Experience: Domain knowledge gained through hands-on experience launching features or products.
- Comfortable working with engineers: Build strong relationships and earn their trust.
- Problem-Solving: The ability to regularly unblock engineers in their decisions.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Experience making decisions based on data in complex situations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Team Collaboration: Proactively collaborate with teams to break down and structure problems.

- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for data-driven decision-making.
