1. Formulate and execute a strategic partnership plan with Vienna Airport that aligns with Austrian Airlines' long-term business objectives, focusing on infrastructure development, customer experience enhancements, and operational efficiency.
2. Lead cross-functional teams to foster collaboration among various departments, ensuring alignment of internal stakeholders and creating a unified approach to negotiations and achieving partnership goals.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate open communication and collaboration on strategic initiatives.

Voraussetzungen

1. You hold a master's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
2. You have a minimum of 8 years of work experience, with at least 5 years in consulting or strategic roles.
3. You demonstrate strong strategic and conceptual skills, with proven experience in developing and executing long-term strategic plans.
4. You bring innovative, out-of-the-box thinking with a record of delivering creative solutions.
5. You understand stakeholder interests with high empathy, enabling you to build effective negotiation strategies.
6. You have proven experience in establishing and maintaining successful, complex business partnerships.
7. You ideally have a deep understanding of the aviation industry and its market trends.
8. You understand the airport ecosystem and its key stakeholders.
9. You excel in interpersonal skills and have the confidence to work with and challenge top management.
