We are currently seeking a Senior Family Therapist to join our team in Kent. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality therapeutic interventions and making a meaningful difference in the lives of families and individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert therapeutic support to families, offering a range of interventions tailored to their specific needs.
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy to individuals and families.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care and ensure the best outcomes for clients.
- Lead and mentor junior therapists, offering guidance, supervision, and training as required.
- Develop and implement therapeutic programmes to address complex family dynamics and mental health challenges.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client progress, maintaining confidentiality and high professional standards.
- Support the ongoing development and improvement of family therapy services within the organisation.
Requirements:
- A recognised qualification in Family Therapy (e.g., MSc, Diploma, or equivalent).
- Accreditation with a relevant professional body (e.g., AFT, UKCP, BACP, or equivalent).
