Senior Full Stack Engineer

Cititec Talent is partnering with a respected Capital Markets firm that is looking to hire a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join their growing team.

The successful candidate will build a digital capability to streamline business processes, digital transformation, and unify technology tools across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess current processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Create user stories and customer journeys to highlight pain points.
• Work with stakeholders to design products using sketches, wireframes, and prototypes and communicate design choices to leadership.
• Develop business cases to evaluate digitisation value.
• Ensure product quality aligns with standards and user expectations.
• Convert user feedback into actionable improvements.
• Architect solutions with AWS and microservices, using CI/CD for automated deployment.
• Track product performance, support maintenance needs, and oversee application delivery.
• Plan user training and implement best practices in digital product design.

Experience Required:

• 5 + years of experience in a Full Stack engineering capacity, with a strong focus on digital transformations and the design and digitisation of processes into user-focused digital products.
• Proficient in Cloud technologies and web development tools, including Angular, ReactJS, NodeJS, Java Spring Boot, and AWS services like Step Functions and Lambda. Python knowledge is a plus.
• Knowledge of UI/UX standards, trends and tools, with experience in delivering designs to developers with clear, detailed documentation.
• Proven ability to work in cross-functional, global teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Office Days: 4 days per week in the office, 1 working from home.
