Job Description
Were looking for an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join a small but busy HR team supporting a range of departments with complex ER Case Work and ER projects.
This is an urgent requirement starting before Christmas and through to the end of January-3 days per week.
You will be undertaking a range of ER cases which could include grievance, disciplinary, performance, capability, sickness, dismissal, investigations.
You will also lead a proactive project on sickness absence / long term sickness absence to review and evaluate current status, occupational health and identify solutions to sickness absence and long term absence.
Candidates
We are seeking experienced Senior HR Advisors/ HR Advisors with a solid background of employer relations case work and ideally previous experience of absence management projects.
CIPD level 5
Previous experience of complex work environments with union involvement
Experience of confidently handling complex cases including capability, grievance, performance, disciplinary and dismissal.
Offer
This role is offered on a temporary contract working via Hays online time sheets.
3 days per week with an average of 50% on site over a month - e.g. 1-2 days per week on site in Winchester
Urgent start before Christmas through to end of January initially.
