Job Description
We are seeking a skilled ION App Support professional to join our team. You will be responsible for providing support for ION applications, ensuring seamless operation and issue resolution. The role requires expertise in ION, Anvil, SQL, and Unix, combined with strong Scripting abilities.
Responsibilities- Provide application support for ION and Anvil systems. (MMI/MarketView)
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SQL and Unix environments.
- Develop and maintain scripts to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
- Monitor and control application processes using Control-M.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure continuous improvement and optimal performance of systems.
- Experience in application support, particularly with ION and Anvil.
- Proficiency in SQL and Unix.
- Strong Scripting skills.
- Experience with Control-M for job scheduling and monitoring.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Enjoy the flexibility of one day working from home.
