Resolve escalated issues from the IT support team, troubleshooting complex hardware, software, and network problems. Lead or contribute to IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Implement and maintain robust security protocols, ensuring all systems adhere to best practices and compliance standards. Liaise with external vendors for hardware, software, and service-related purchases, managing contracts and ensuring SLAs are met. Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, IT processes, and troubleshooting guides.
