Job Description
THE ROLE: As a Senior Paid Social Executive, you will be a key member of the Paid Media team that sits within DAZN's Central Marketing Operations team. You will help to plan, execute and report on the paid social marketing strategy for DAZN across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter / X, Reddit and YouTube and other social networks globally. You will have the opportunity to manage and allocate large budgets, spanning multiple markets to promote DAZN Group's busy content calendar of live sports. As well as the activation and reporting on campaigns, you will utilise your strong analytical skills to further optimise the customer acquisition strategy across social media advertising. It is a fast-paced role that requires someone with strong attention to detail and collaborative skills. Based in London you will be part of a close-knit team reporting directly to the Senior Paid Social Manager. As our new Senior Paid Social Executive you'll have the opportunity to:
  • Be a key player in the running of a large portfolio of in-house campaigns spanning multiple markets, and languages, from conception to execution, optimising & reporting
  • Main point of contact for local marketing teams to communicate on paid social planning
  • Undertake ongoing analysis and testing to identify opportunities to optimise campaigns against KPIs
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure campaign assets are following creative excellence
  • Manage and monitor campaign spend to ensure it is in accordance with designated budgets
  • Work closely with key partners such as Meta, TikTok and other social networks to drive acquisition initiatives through new features and products
  • Present regular reports on performance metrics and market-related insights to the wider business
  • Support with billing and finance in the processing of invoices and raising of purchase orders
You'll have:
  • At least 3 years of previous hands-on experience working within a similar paid social / social network advertising focused role
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager and Google Ads Manager
  • Strong analytical ability and experience to work with a variety of data sources
  • Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the wider team
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work autonomously
