Integrated Research
We focus on listening to the customer and patient voice in multi-country studies for international pharmaceutical companies. Our team explores and measures what Health Care Professionals and patients say and do using different behavioural frameworks to deliver actionable insights and clear answers to our clients' business questions.
The Role
In this role, you'll ensure on-time and on-budget delivery for high client satisfaction. You'll work directly with multiple clients to develop business opportunities and provide valuable input to solutions.
What You'll Be Doing
- Owning client engagements and ensuring actionable, on-target, and timely proposals for client satisfaction.
- Meeting or exceeding revenue targets by developing and delivering insightful, value-added solutions.
- Identifying new revenue opportunities and ensuring a continuous flow of business from clients.
- Applying consultative problem-solving skills to become a solutions-based expert.
- Identifying issues to develop tangible and commercial offerings.
- Contributing to the awareness of IQVIA Consulting Group through speaking engagements and publications.
- Strengthening your expertise through on-the-job experience and participating in conferences.
- Mentoring, coaching, and sharing expertise.
Who You Are
- A degree holder with 12+ years' experience in life sciences or healthcare consulting.
- Proven seller of complex engagements to top Pharma/Life Sciences companies.
- An established leader with a record of management and people development.
- An expert in the identified team's solutions, capable of producing new and creative ideas.
- A successful mentor and confident leader that can enable creativity in others.
