Senior Private PA (with Chief of Staff Duties) - Knightsbridge £100 - £110,000 + bonus + bens package

6 - 7 years+ in a senior private PA position mainly based in the household and longevity is needed for this role to be considered.

An outstanding role has arisen for a polished (degree standard preferred) Senior Private PA (with Chief of Staff duties) to oversee the management of a busy fully staffed household and to support this UHNW Family in all Private & Household matters. This is a very important role for the family who are looking for a long term commitment with someone who has very high standards and will take care of their private requirements and keep the household running extremely well.

A good communicator, excellent at dealing with staff and suppliers alike, you will have a pleasant and helpful personality but the gravitas to get things done well and efficiently.

You will have a background working within a busy UHNW household and have excellent experience dealing with all matters of household staff management including recruitment performance, coordination, and rotas. You will have high standards and lead by example in a Chief of Staff style manner. Friendly yet always professional and one step ahead. Dealing with budgets and liaising with external teams when required. Supporting from the Residence, this is a wonderful role for an inclusive and interesting family who will respect and rely on your experience and skills to keep things running at a high level.

A good negotiator when it comes to obtaining quotes and keeping an eye on the best deals for the family.

With a positive outlook and proactive approach, your role has always had a high level of discretion attached to it and you will be a trusted right hand to the Principals in every respect.

Supporting the Family with private matters including all diary management, travel, events, purchases for the household, maintenance, any refurbishment work required, dealing with suppliers and contractors, negotiating, updating the household book, and assisting the staff to perform their duties to a high level.

The role will grow over time and incorporate other interesting projects and purchases, and you will be involved in overseeing and running these.

Lovely family with high standards and very busy lives, so you will come from a household that has a similar 'feel.' Happy to roll up your sleeves and muck in when needed, this is a busy, very hands-on role for someone with energy and lots to give.
