Amazon Freight is building a disruptive transportation product with the vision of redefining shipping for its customers. The goal is to develop easy-to-use, reliable and transparent transportation services that beat all existing shipping alternatives for our customers. In doing this, Amazon Freight is deeply studying customer shipping needs and building innovative, market-leading solutions that will organically attract customers towards our services. To help us succeed in this large endeavor, we are looking for entrepreneurial individuals who will support pricing for key features in the Amazon Freight product portfolio.

This position requires high judgment, excellent analytical abilities, a creative mind to invent solutions to improve the customer experience; it also offers broad exposure to various business, operational, financial, and technical teams across Amazon. You should thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment and won't be hindered by ambiguity. Key job responsibilities
  1. Define pricing and product strategy
  2. Drive long term improvement of the pricing profitability and conversion metrics
  3. Define requirements to optimize for business goals
  4. Engage with stakeholders and leadership at all levels to develop the pricing strategy
  5. Define and execute the pricing roadmap
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  2. Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  3. Experience with end to end product delivery
  4. Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  5. Experience as a product manager or owner
  6. Experience owning technology products
  7. Experience with product cycles of 6+ months
  8. Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology
  9. Advanced skills on data query (sql) and data analysis (PowerBI, Quicksight, Tableau etc.)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
  2. Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
