A brief overview:
We're looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager with strong technical expertise to work across our financial and insurance product offerings. You'll play a key role in driving the success and evolution of our regulated products, diving into the technical complexities and ensuring they deliver real value for our members & customers while always meeting regulatory standards.
We need someone who can balance technical depth with product sense-someone comfortable communicating with stakeholders across the organisation and skilled at translating feedback into high-quality, impactful solutions.
At the forefront of our efforts, you'll help shape products that truly make a difference-products that directly influence our members' and customers' experience and contribute to our business's broader success.

What you will do:
In this role, you'll work across our pay and protect propositions, as well as delivering any internal tooling needed to facilitate these verticals, truly driving the evolution of our offerings.
- Take ownership of product strategy for Onsi Pay & Onsi Protect, shaping their direction and growth.
- Conduct research, user feedback sessions, and interviews to deeply understand member & customer needs.
- Analyse qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions and build business cases.
- Develop personas, write user stories, and collaborate on wireframes to guide product design and development.
- Lead planning sessions, manage sprints, and facilitate retrospectives for smooth workflows.
- Work hands-on to design, build, and ship products, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with our Head of Financial Products, as well as Engineering, Design, Compliance, and other teams to ensure seamless deliver

- Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager with a demonstrable track record in managing full product lifecycle and leading impactful initiatives.
- Experience in high-growth tech environments, preferably in fintech or insurtech, where you've tackled complex, fast-evolving challenges.
- Commercial acumen, with the ability to solve customer problems and drive business value while balancing technical and user needs.
- Technical acumen, with a deep understanding of product development and technical concepts including APIs, and ensuring products are both feasible and aligned with development capabilities.
- Data-driven, with the ability to generate actionable insights that align product goals with broader business outcomes.
- Experience with payment systems and compliance, with a solid understanding of industry standards and regulations is a big plus!
