Job Description
Senior Product Marketing Manager

As a Senior Product Manager, your primary goal is to enhance and expand our marketing infrastructure, empowering teams to deliver impactful and innovative campaigns. By partnering with cross-functional stakeholders, you will ensure the creation of a scalable and reliable marketing platform that supports efficient, data-driven, and targeted campaign execution.

Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the development of new features and products aimed at serving the trading community.
  2. Lead initiatives from the business strategy phase through to final delivery, owning the end-to-end product lifecycle.
  3. Reassess current offerings and devise innovative approaches to improve or replace them.
  4. Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
  5. Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth coordination.
  6. Identify potential risks, including regulatory, security, and scalability challenges, and develop strategies to address them.
  7. Ensure all products align with industry standards and best practices.
What you'll bring:
  1. At least 5 years of experience in product management, preferably within a fintech environment, with a strong track record of launching successful products.
  2. A passion for creating intuitive and user-friendly products, always prioritizing the end-user experience.
  3. Comfortable navigating uncertainty, defining clear product goals, and focusing on value-driven features.
  4. Strong analytical mindset, with experience in leveraging data for decision-making. Familiarity with tools such as Tableau or QlikView is a plus.
  5. Background in large-scale, consumer-focused web or mobile applications is advantageous.
  6. Knowledge of financial services, trading, or cryptocurrency ecosystems is beneficial.
