Senior Product Marketing Manager Your Mission:
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, your primary goal is to enhance and expand our marketing infrastructure, empowering teams to deliver impactful and innovative campaigns. By partnering with cross-functional stakeholders, you will ensure the creation of a scalable and reliable marketing platform that supports efficient, data-driven, and targeted campaign execution.
Responsibilities:- Oversee the development of new features and products aimed at serving the trading community.
- Lead initiatives from the business strategy phase through to final delivery, owning the end-to-end product lifecycle.
- Reassess current offerings and devise innovative approaches to improve or replace them.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth coordination.
- Identify potential risks, including regulatory, security, and scalability challenges, and develop strategies to address them.
- Ensure all products align with industry standards and best practices.
- At least 5 years of experience in product management, preferably within a fintech environment, with a strong track record of launching successful products.
- A passion for creating intuitive and user-friendly products, always prioritizing the end-user experience.
- Comfortable navigating uncertainty, defining clear product goals, and focusing on value-driven features.
- Strong analytical mindset, with experience in leveraging data for decision-making. Familiarity with tools such as Tableau or QlikView is a plus.
- Background in large-scale, consumer-focused web or mobile applications is advantageous.
- Knowledge of financial services, trading, or cryptocurrency ecosystems is beneficial.
