Our team is looking for support in the area of project and construction management. As a part of your daily work you will be dealing with various - both small and large - projects for the biopharma and life science industry, within a highly dedicated team of professionals. We value enthusiastic and open-minded colleagues who thrive in a dynamic environment.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

1. Accountable for overall EPC project performance, including but not limited to EHS (Environment, Health & Safety), Financial, Schedule and Quality performance and construction for large EPC projects in the biopharma and life sciences industry.
2. End to End responsibility from conceptual design to end of Operational Qualification (OQ).
3. Highest escalation level within the project to client, contractor and the project team.
4. Develop and keep good communication and relationship with the Client.
5. Report the project status to the company management as per corporate procedures.
6. Lead the project risk identification and mitigation plan development process.
7. Ensure corporate procedures, standards and guidelines are followed within the project disciplines (Project Management, Project Engineering & Design Manager, Project Commercial Manager, Project Site Manager / Construction Management).
8. Define project strategies to achieve the project goals externally and internally.
9. Be a visible, positive and encouraging example influence for the project team members, both internally and externally. Provide guidance and motivation to the team.

Show your expertise

1. Master Degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
2. Several years of experience in project management in the related industries (biopharma or life sciences), and EPC project management experience.
3. Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills in German and in English.
4. Detailed knowledge in project execution and coordination.
5. Good communication and motivation skills.
6. PMI certification advantage.
