(Senior) Project Manager - Automotive Semiconductor Development (w/m/div)

As a Project Manager for high voltage Si and SiC power semiconductors, you'll lead cross-functional teams and drive chip development projects from concept to reality, shaping the automotive industry's electrified landscape. In your new role you will:

• Initiate, plan, steer, control and close chip development projects in the field of high voltage Si and SiC power semiconductors for automotiveE-Mobility, incl. team setup, resource planning, timeline, workpackages, budget planning, controlling, documentation
• Conduct project activities for external chip customers across different sites in Munich, Dresden, Villach and Malaysia
• Guide project teams from a technical perspective
• Manage and evaluate risks efficiently, according to FMEA methods
• Plan experiments, analyze outcomes and assess test-chips andprototypes
• Consult and act as interface to internal customers (e.g. ApplicationEngineering, R&D, Marketing and production sites)

Your ProfileYou are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering or a similar field, preferable a PhD
• First relevant working experience in the semiconductor industry
• Project management knowledge in terms of project initiation, planning and closing including reporting and documentation
• The ability to understand and structure complex project situations and consolidate and present those to senior management level
• A technical understanding of power electronic device physics, chip development and semiconductor processing
• Excellent English skills in order to interact successfully withcross-functional teams globally, German is a plus
