Your new role
As a Senior SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) Advisor / Manager, you will be at the heart of a collaborative effort to ensure the well-being of employees, the environment, and the overall operational excellence of the organisation. This dynamic role offers the chance to make a significant impact by fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for H&S and environmental management, as well as quality assurance.
What you'll need to succeed

A minimum of Level 3 NEBOSH National General Certificate

Experience managing or operating under an effective and comprehensive SHEQ management system in an industrial setting

Experience providing detailed interpretation and guidance of key legislative regulations

Willingness to obtain a Level 6 Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety and Level 2 assessor competence

Strong grounding in quality management principles

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Analytical and problem-solving mindset

Highest level of safety ownership and ability to create a SHEQ-first culture

Integrity and role modelling inclusive workplace behaviours

Willingness to self-develop and support others
