The Senior Software Engineer will work in cross-disciplinary, Agile teams delivering exciting customer driven solutions and high quality software.

In the Intelligent Automation Lab we design, build, and operate the bank's Chatbots, Data Science, NLP/NLG and Robotics projects.

What you'll need

• Strong Java and Node.js skills
• Experience with agile development methods & tooling
• Experience of using modern software development toolsets including DevOps, Continuous Integration and Delivery

And any experience of these would be really useful

• Infrastructure /deployment strategies.
• Cloud Architecture - GCP, Azure or AWS
• Containers at scale: AKS/EKS, Docker, Kubernetes, Istio etc. Helm
• Experiences and understanding of Microservices / service mesh, reverse proxy and API Gateways
