Senior Solution Architect PLM (all genders) Effective Field

Take ownership of the architectural design and implementation of PLM solutions using Siemens Teamcenter. Guide and mentor junior team members in best practices and methodologies.

Engage closely with clients to understand their business challenges, articulate PLM requirements, and develop comprehensive solutions that drive business transformation and efficiency.

Provide expert-level guidance on Teamcenter configuration, customization, and integration with other enterprise systems. Stay abreast of technological advancements and industry trends in PLM and related domains.

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and project managers to deliver integrated and scalable PLM solutions.

Develop comprehensive technical documentation and conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams to facilitate seamless adoption and utilization of Teamcenter solutions.

Identify opportunities for process enhancement and optimization within both valantic and client environments. Drive initiatives to improve efficiency, reliability, and scalability of PLM solutions.

What distinguishes you
  1. Minimum of 12 years' experience in PLM solution architecture, with a focus on Siemens Teamcenter. Proven track record of providing PLM solutions for complex projects.
  2. Expertise in Teamcenter architecture, configuration, customization, and integration. Shows deep understanding of Teamcenter PLM processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  3. Develops and maintains a comprehensive 360-degree view of the solution.
  4. Demonstrates excellent understanding of business data and process requirements.
  5. Demonstrated leadership capabilities by guiding technical teams and influencing stakeholders. Experienced in mentoring and coaching junior team members.
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges.
  8. Fluency in English is required; B1 proficiency in German language is necessary.
