Senior Support Engineer GPIC/SAGE required to join a global brand in the UK on a 12 month contract, to support, manage and administer their GPIC and SAGE systems.

Offering remote working and excellent rates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and administer the GPIC 8.03 & SAGE systems
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system users
• Implement system upgrades and enhancements
• Analyse system performance and make recommendations for improvements
• Collaborate with other IT team members on system integration projects

Requirements:

• Extensive experience working with GPIC 8.03 & SAGE systems
• Proven experience within support functions (ASM)
• Strong technical skills in system administration and maintenance
