As aSenior Surveyor/Assistant Manager, you'll play a key role insupporting our property and valuations service for both our AuditQuality Team and non-audit advisory clients. Want to make a realdifference? Here's what you'll do:

What You'll Do:

• Work with UK audit teams to review valuationsand challenge key assumptions. How would you approach thesecritical discussions?
• Lead meetings with auditteams, clients, and advisors to ensure clear communication. Can youeffectively drive collaboration across diverse teams?
• Deliver valuation reports, assessing risk andreasonableness. How do you ensure accuracy and insight in yourreports?
• Support new business efforts throughtenders, proposals, and pitches. Are you ready to help grow thefirm?
• Provide market insights and real estatetraining to audit teams. Could you be the go-to expert on propertytrends and compliance?
• Assist with non-auditadvisory engagements including tax, rates, due diligence, andstrategic reviews. How do you manage diverse advisory projectsefficiently?
• Conduct Capital Allowancesassessments. Do you have the expertise to lead in thisarea?

What You'llBring:

• MRICSqualification with RICS Registered Valuer status.
• Valuation experience across multiple property classes andsectors. How diverse is your portfolio of expertise?
• Solid knowledge of RICS Valuation Standards, IVS, and theUK National Supplement.
• Proficiency invaluation methods and technical issues. How do you apply yourskills to deliver high-quality work?
• CapitalAllowances knowledge and experience.
• Understanding of commercial leases, ESG, and constructionissues. Are you comfortable navigating complex legal andenvironmental factors?
• Strong time management,relationship-building, and presentation skills. Can you balancemultiple tasks while maintaining top-tier clientservice?
