Senior Technical Manager

Job Description

This Senior Technical Manager position will oversee a high-rise scheme in East London consisting of 2 towers, the tallest up to 35 storeys, with a panelised facade system. Your remit will cover:

• Preconstruction management including project set up, design team procurement, etc.
• Oversight of technical design production and subcontractor procurement and coordination
• Coordination of planning conditions, warranty, building control, and all other 3rd party engagements
• Recruitment of a team as necessary
