Job Description
You have an affinity for measurements and programming and want to start you career in an innovative and dynamic semiconductor environment? Great - then take the chance and become part of our test development team in Villach which is taking care of Infineon's power semiconductor solutions.

In your new job you will:
  • Be responsible for test hard- and software development for Si and SiCpower semiconductors
  • Manage test specification discussions in project teams
  • Generate test programs, integrate test equipment, debug, validate and document test results
  • Optimize test methods to improve quality and reduce costs through test platform transfers
  • Closely cooperate with different development teams and production locations
  • Implement test solutions in our locations spanning all around the world


You are an pro-active, self-driven and analytical character who finds problem-solving exciting (as readjustments of e.g. test procedures are part of your daily work routine). Furthermore, you possess the ability to work in a structured, efficient and independent manner, able to solve problems and to prioritize tasks accordingly.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
  • A university degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering or related discipline
  • Ideally first experience in test engineering / product engineering
  • Sound knowledge of electrical circuit and hardware programming
  • Ability to work in a structured, efficient and independent (prioritize tasks) manner
  • Fluent English communications skills and ideally first German language skills
We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group G (). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
