Our client, a Local Authority in the Glasgow region, is seeking a dedicated Senior Planner to join their housing maintenance department for a 6-month period initially. This role is crucial in ensuring efficient planning and scheduling of trade jobs, maintaining effective communication between trades staff and customers, and collaborating with tenants, staff, and contractors.
Your new role

Efficiently plan and schedule trades jobs.

Maintain effective communication between trades and customers.

Collaborate with tenants, staff, and contractors.

Ensure clear and consistent communication between trades personnel and customers.

Provide outstanding customer service through multiple communication platforms.

Swiftly handle and respond to urgent repair needs.

Oversee a team of 5, contingent on prior management experience.

What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in planning/scheduling within a social housing/repairs sector.
What you'll get in return
£22.20 Per Hour
