About the Role

  • Position: ServiceNow Developer/Engineer
  • Salary: £57,500 - £72,000
  • Location: London-based with hybrid working (2 days in-office)
  • Scope: Global position acting as the technical lead and escalation point for ServiceNow, including integrations, automation, and platform management.

Key Responsibilities & Core Technologies

  • Oversee the day-to-day technical management of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions, optimising automation and integration.
  • Develop, configure, and maintain workflows, integrations, and the Service Portal.
  • Act as the technical escalation point for junior staff and mentor their development.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices, platform health, and version support.
  • Core technologies include:
    • ServiceNow Scripting: Business Rules, Script Includes, Workflows, UI Actions/Policies.
    • Service Portal Design: Widget creation, Flow Designer, Integration Hub.
    • ServiceNow Modules: Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management.
    • ITIL Framework and experience with Agile Development.

About you?

2+ years experience in ServiceNow development and administration, with a ServiceNow Admin Certification with a solid understanding of relational databases.
