In the Netherlands, we are located in four cities: Huizen, Delft, Eindhoven and Hengelo (head office). Together with an extensive ecosystem of knowledge partners, customers and suppliers, we work on radar systems for seagoing vessels, cyber security solutions, transport systems, communications equipment for land forces, cryogenic cooling solutions, R&D for radar technology (in collaboration with TU Delft), as well as R&D for serious gaming. (in collaboration with the University of Twente).

4-month project, ZZP allowed (no suppliers). Preference is given to a consultant who is available 5 days a week. Part time is negotiable but 3 days is the minimum. Dutch spoken is preferred but not a must. The screening (VOG and AIVD B) must be passed in its entirety before starting.

As a ServiceNow Consultant, you have to ensure the evolution & integrity of application inheritance, typical responsibilities are:

• Understand client needs and provide expert advice on the application choice
• Maintain team knowledge & related documentation
• Participate in functional and technical decisions, integration, and roll-out of solutions
• Participate in complex incident diagnoses

ServiceNow Consultant

You will become part of the SID squad which consists of approximately 10 people. The team works 3 days a week at the office in Hengelo (Tue, Thu, and Fri). During the implementation, it is expected that you will be on location in Hengelo 2 days a week at the same time as the squad.

Within the squad, you will work with people who have years of experience with Service Now implementations. In addition, the team manages various other applications.

• Together with 1 or 2 Engineers from the squad, you will work on the implementation of the Field Service Management module of Service Now.
• You will also consult with the business where necessary to discuss requirements and coordinate testing.
• You must be able to independently implement user stories and must have experience with (at least 3 years) ServiceNow. Within ServiceNow, you must be able to implement Field Service Management, and demonstrable experience in this area must be present in the resume.
