My Client are a leading telecommunications organization seeking a talented ServiceNow Tech Designer/Architect to work on their ServiceNow Portal. You will be responsible for driving the implementation and maintenance of the ServiceNow Playbook suite, including expertise in the whole SN environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with expertise in ServiceNow and a passion for designing the Sn portal from scratch.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives

• Design and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform, especially focusing on the SN Portal and playbook functionality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and provide technical insights for effective design and delivery.
• Act as a bridge between development and design, ensuring technical feasibility and user-centered design principles.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing ServiceNow features to improve performance and usability.
• Work closely with IT, operations, and support teams to establish best practices and streamline processes within the ServiceNow environment.

Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Proven experience with ServiceNow, specifically in portal development, playbooks, and overall platform architecture
• Strong technical expertise, with hands-on experience in ServiceNow's Back End and Front End modules.
• Ability to act as a dual contributor-balancing design strategy with technical execution.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow's best practices, Scripting, workflows, and integration capabilities
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in an Agile environment.
