Your new role
As a Site Agent, you will oversee the construction of a new water tank in Tarbert. This role involves managing all aspects of the project, including civil works and M&E installations. You will ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and supervising on-site activities
- Managing subcontractors and site staff
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitoring project progress and preparing reports
- Liaising with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
- CSCS Card (Black or Gold)
- DOMS (Distribution Operations Maintenance Strategy)
- First Aid certificate
- Experience in civil engineering and M&E work
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Temporary Works and EUSR 1 certifications are favourable
