Site Manager - London

Location: London, Hours of Work: 7:30am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday

Salary: Will depend on experience

Roles and Responsibilities - Site Manager

Working under a Project Manager and/or Project Engineer on the installation of sprinkler, dry riser, and wet riser pipe work system projects. The duties would involve:

  1. Keeping records of installation progress and monitoring against the program of works
  2. Liaising with clients regarding the progress of the program
  3. Fabrication and installation of sprinkler pipe work
  4. Keeping up-to-date site records, including site diary
  5. Reading drawings and ensuring work is in accordance with Argus Fire designs and quality expectations and procedures
  6. Maintaining compliance on-site with issued and approved method statements and risk assessments
  7. Assisting with testing and commissioning
  8. Supervising and assisting mates and/or trainees

Essential Skills

  1. Knowledge of construction sites
  2. Understanding of sprinkler installations
  3. Ability to work well in a team

Requirements

  1. Valid CSCS Card
  2. SSSTS (Preferred, not essential)
  3. Sprinkler NVQ Level 2 (Preferred, not essential)
