About theRole:
We are seeking anexperienced and dedicated Housing Site Manager to oversee our new residentialdevelopment project. The ideal candidate will ensure that all constructionactivities are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest qualitystandards. As a Housing Site Manager, you will be responsible for coordinatingsubcontractors, managing on-site staff, and ensuring compliance with health andsafety regulations.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Plan and managedaily site operations, ensuring the project meets deadlines and budgetaryrequirements.
- Supervise andcoordinate subcontractors and site staff, maintaining a high standard of work.
- Monitor progress andprovide regular updates to senior management and clients.
- Ensure all workcomplies with building regulations and health and safety standards.
- Manage on-sitehealth and safety, conducting regular inspections and risk assessments.
- Resolve any issuesor delays on-site, finding solutions to keep the project on track.
- Liaise with clients,architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Maintain accuraterecords, including site diaries, progress reports, and health and safetydocumentation.
