Site Manager

At Clearly Renovations Ltd, we are currently looking for:

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee operations on a day-to-day basis to ensure work is done safely, on time, and to a high-quality standard to continue the company's reputation that it has built over the last 20 years in the London construction market.
2. Liaise with contractors in optimising solutions.
3. Liaise with Managers and other members of the Management Team.
4. Report back to Head Office on a daily, weekly, and when necessary basis.
5. Liaise with suppliers for material deliveries.
6. Good Construction Knowledge/background.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in high-end residential developments.
2. Proficient (written and spoken) in Polish and English.
3. Ability to communicate with people at all levels - i.e., Clients, the Site Team, and the Management Team.
4. Adaptable and flexible to changes in projects - must be able to coordinate different trades at any one time.
