Vacancy: Site Supervisor Electrical Systems

Scope of work is all installation activities for projects in the field of low and medium voltage electricity distribution, smart grids and energy automation systems. In this role you will be dedicated working for our (inter)national datacenter projects.

• Ensures adherence to defined guidelines, processes and procedures, for all site operations assigned.
• Oversees completion of site administration according to performance standards agreed (on schedule, at requisite quality level, on-budget). • Represents the site in all decision-making committees of the project (towards own management, customer and team).
• Coordinates contractors before and during execution of work.
• Assesses risks/opportunities at the construction site (e.g. economic, organizational or contractual risks, acceptance criteria, change request procedures).
• Monitors compliance to standards, regulations, laws, quality and EHS guidelines.
• Leads qualified employees in one functional team.

• Education qualification in electrical engineering/ technical qualification or a vocational education in electrical engineering with a lot of experience (5 years and more)
• Professional experience with electrical equipment
• You like to work on projects abroad for a longer time (3weeks on site, 1 week home)
• Business-fluent language skills in English (Dutch language would be great!)
• Drivers license and EU passport MUST

Primary employment conditions

• A gross monthly salary of up to €3.750
• A 13th month payment, pro-rated periodically
• 8.33% holiday allowance calculated on 12 monthly salaries

Secondary employment conditions

• Pension Plus scheme (build-up from day 1)

• Net €750,- to set up your home workplace
• 25 vacation days per year based on 40 hours
