Social Worker

We are looking for a Social Worker to join a Children in Care Team.

This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 3 years post qualified experience.

About the Team

This team takes charge of assessing caseloads of children in CIC and LAC cases. They provide support to both the children and their families in long term cases by creating a care plan suitable to each case. This also includes writing up any reports necessary for court. The team are motivated to provide effective and efficient intervention for each case - in line with appropriate timelines.

About you

A degree within social work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of 3 years' experience is essential in order to be considered for this role. Experience working with children, their families and court work will aid in the effectiveness of the role. A valid UK driving license and vehicle is essential to the success of this role.
