Our client, an investment management organisation based in the City of London, is looking for a Software Engineer to join the company on a permanent basis.
The role will be part of their Applications team, working on the development of Front Office and Investment applications using Python, Node.js, and React. It will involve building data pipelines using ETL and ELT approaches, integrating new data sources with existing applications.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, as the role requires regular interaction with key stakeholders to understand business requirements. Additionally, the role includes coaching and mentoring junior members of the team.
Key Skills:
- Experience in the investment management industry
- Front Office experience
- Proficiency in Python, Node.js, and React
- Experience building ETL pipelines
- Strong SQL Server knowledge
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills
